Director’s 2023-2024 Welcome Message

A very warm welcome to the Canadian International School of Egypt.; a unique and nurturing learning environment where children are encouraged to strive to aim high and achieve well, through our individualized approach to learning.

Students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 enjoy the unique and rich curriculum, which provides a wealth of opportunities for our students to be creative, innovative, and ambitious. We equip our students with the skills they need to be knowledgeable and inquisitive, ensuring that every individual is inspired and confident to step into their next learning phase, take part in both competitive and non-competitive sports, use their imagination to write stories and plan experiments.  At Canadian International School of Egypt, we believe that students need to think for themselves.  They achieve this through obtaining a 21st Century education with emphasis on collaboration, creativity, communication and citizenship.

At Canadian International School of Egypt, we follow the Ontario curriculum, which is regarded as the one of the most comprehensive curriculum in the world.  Our  leadership team use this curriculum as a framework to enhance every subject with enriching learning experiences, ensuring children are engaged and happy. The children are at the heart of all we do at CISE, and we are proud that every day you will see our school values in action.

Canadian International School of Egypt is the only school in Egypt that offers a French Immersion program.  Our graduates from our French Immersion program receive a dual diploma that is recognized throughout the world as a premiere secondary diploma.

Teachers go above and beyond for the children in their care, creating inspiring learning opportunities grounded in real-life contexts that lead to consistently high outcomes. From the earliest age, children are encouraged to be independent and creative thinkers, who can work individually and with others, know their targets for progress, striving each day to achieve their goals.
