Music is a very important study as it enhances our mental and social well being. Recent studies show that success in music is linked to success in many other subjects. Our goal at CISE is to create a music program that is fun and at the same time challenges students and helps them to appreciate, grow and achieve their goals in the study of music! In the Grade 3-8 music program at CISE, students will explore music in a variety of ways including, singing, playing instruments, listening, analysis, composition, and performance. Our students have the opportunity to play instruments such as, recorder, keyboard, guitar, various percussion & hand drums as well as Orff instruments.
