In our on-going efforts to provide a safe and secure environment for your children we would like to remind you of some school procedures for dropping off and picking up students and ask your support and cooperation to follow these procedures. Students Arriving/Departing by Car Grades PreK to 3 use Gate 6; Grades 4 to 8 use Gate 5. (Siblings will use the Gate of the older/oldest in the family.) Secondary School uses Gate 4. The school issued ‘Pick Up Card’ must be presented and a record booked signed when picking up a student. (All students Pre K to Grade 8) Any changes made regarding picking up a student must be given to the school in writing. (e.g. if a student is to go home with someone else). Students travelling by Bus Changing buses is not allowed. There is to be no eating on the bus once the bus is moving. Snacks may be eaten on the bus between 3:00 and 3:10. Bus students who Occasionally Go Home by Car Please notify the school in writing of any changes and clearly indicate who will be picking up the student and at what time. In the event of an emergency please contact the main office. Requests for changes must be made before 1:00 p.m. Your support in following these procedures is greatly appreciated. Parents/Drivers are to wait outside the school, not in the foyer. |
